IOP provides 9 hours of structured weekly care for what chronic stress is really doing to you — not just the surface symptoms. In-person or virtual. Start as soon as this week.
- 9 hours a week of group-based care
- Program lasts ~12 weeks
- Attend group sessions in-person or virtually
Our virtual program is available for eligible patients nationwide.
Who We Treat
Chronic stress rarely stays on the surface. We help people experiencing:
- Constant overwhelm or burnout that isn’t getting better
- Anxiety or low mood driven by ongoing life stress
- Coping patterns — overworking, withdrawing, avoiding — that are no longer sustainable
- Difficulty functioning at work, at home, or in relationships
We do not provide treatment for patients experiencing active psychosis, psychiatric emergencies requiring inpatient care, or primary substance use disorders that need addiction treatment. In most cases, Medicare and Medicaid will not cover the services that IOP provides.
Bridging the Gap In Mental Health Treatment
You can’t push through it indefinitely. IOP gives you intensive, structured support — built to address what’s really driving the stress, not just help you manage it.
Structured Support That Fits Your Life
A Level of Care Built for Real Progress
9 hours of structured therapy each week gives you the consistent support and skill-building that once-a-week therapy simply isn’t designed to provide.
One Dedicated Therapist, With You for the Whole Program
You’ll work with the same therapist throughout — someone who knows your story, coordinates with your existing providers, and stays with you from start to finish.
A Schedule Built Around Your Life
In-person at four locations or fully virtual — attend sessions without stepping away from work, family, or other responsibilities.

Contact us or request more information on this page. A real person from our team, not an automated system, will speak with you about your symptoms and situation.
2

We work with you to determine whether our Intensive Outpatient Program is the right fit for you, verify your insurance, and coordinate with your current providers when appropriate.
3
Begin Structured Support
You will attend structured virtual therapy sessions each week focused on coping strategies, stabilization of symptoms, emotional regulation, and peer support as part of your treatment plan.
Have Questions About Insurance or Payment?
Payment Options
If you do not currently have insurance coverage or if we are out-of-network with your provider, please reach out to our team. We can discuss flexible payment options or help you explore available financial resources. Note: In most cases, Medicare and Medicaid will not cover the services that IOP provides.
Verify Your Insurance
The fastest way to get started in our program is to contact us so we can verify your insurance coverage (we can typically verify within 24 hours). We can then help determine whether our Intensive Outpatient Program is a good fit.
To begin, we typically need only a few details from your insurance card, such as your:
- Insurance provider
- Plan type
- Coverage dates
Have Questions About Insurance?
Our team is happy to answer questions about insurance coverage, benefits verification, and treatment options.
