Outpatient Mental Health Support for Chronic Stress and Burnout
That Helps When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough.
IOP is an outpatient program of structured, consistent therapy and clinical support for people experiencing the effects of chronic stress, burnout, and related anxiety or mood conditions. The program is designed to help you rebuild stability and resilience without requiring hospitalization or stepping away from daily life.
- 9 hours a week of group-based care
- Program lasts ~12 weeks
- Attend group sessions in-person or virtually
Our virtual program is available for eligible patients nationwide.
Who We Treat
Chronic stress often doesn’t exist in isolation — it frequently drives or worsens other mental health conditions. Our program provides intensive treatment for people needing support with:
- Anxiety disorders and chronic worry
- Major depressive disorder
- Adjustment disorders related to life stress
- Burnout and mood instability
- Trauma-related conditions
- Other significant mood or anxiety-related challenges
We do not provide treatment for patients experiencing active psychosis, psychiatric emergencies requiring inpatient care, or primary substance use disorders that need addiction treatment. In most cases, Medicare and Medicaid will not cover the services that IOP provides.
Bridging the Gap In Mental Health Treatment
You feel like you’re constantly running on empty — overwhelmed, stretched thin, and unable to catch up no matter how hard you try. You know you need support, but you can’t step away from your job, your family, or your responsibilities for inpatient care. And one therapy session a week isn’t giving you enough tools to actually manage.
We know how difficult it is to function when chronic stress is affecting your health, your mood, and your ability to show up for your life. We created IOP Services to bridge that gap.
Structured Support That Fits Your Life
More Support Than Weekly Therapy
You receive 9 hours of structured therapy each week, offering constant support and skill-building beyond what once-a-week therapy can offer.
You Stays With Current Providers
We coordinate your treatment with their current therapist or psychiatrist to help stabilize symptoms while continuing their broader treatment plan. The program lasts around 12 weeks for most people.
Flexible Virtual Care for You
With virtual treatment, you can receive intensive mental health support to recover and regain stability, while keeping up with your schoolwork, after-school job, and extracurricular activities.
