Dr. Grayson has practiced psychiatry in Birmingham for more than 45 years, treating patients in both hospital and outpatient settings. Over the course of his career, he founded Grayson and Associates, the largest clinician-owned mental health practice in Alabama.

As the founder, Dr. Grayson helps shape the program around the needs of the clients it serves, drawing on decades of experience to guide clinical decision-making and program design. He also provides clinical oversight during crises and other situations requiring psychiatric consultation.
