If a user provides us with their phone number and then gives either written or verbal consent to receives SMS (aka text) messages from IOP Services, we may occasionally send SMS messages to said user. We will not send SMS messages to any user who has not first provided us with consent to do so. Once consent has been provided, we may send SMS messages related to enrollment, such as next steps and appointment reminders. Our therapists may also send SMS messages to their enrolled patients, provided that consent has been given. At any point, users who have consented to receive SMS messages may opt out of receiving all future SMS messages.

We will never share, trade, or otherwise sell your personal information such as Phone numbers and SMS consent to third parties under any circumstances.

All phone numbers are stored in secure, password-protected, and encrypted locations, accessible only to staff authorized to use them.
