Heather has worked with individuals and communities in a variety of settings, including schools, government organizations, and domestic and international non-profit organizations.

Using a trauma-informed approach, Heather is passionate about helping individuals recover and heal from trauma, learn how to cope with their emotions, and begin to thrive.
