Group Therapist - PHD, LPC-SMelanie Wallace
Dr. Melanie Drake Wallace is a Supervising Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) and a Professor in the Professional Counseling & Leadership Department at Jacksonville State University. Melanie is a Past-President of the Alabama Counseling Association (ALCA) where she received the Distinguished Professional Service Award and the Fannie R. Cooley Professional Development Award. She was also elected to serve two 3-year terms on the American Counseling Association’s Governing Council.
With over 20 years of experience in professional counseling, Melanie has devoted her life to promoting mental health and wellness. She is passionate about incorporating creativity into group therapy!
