Mikayla is a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years experience in the social work field. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in assisting communities in need. Her contributions in this area include not only mental health treatment, but strategic planning and advocacy as well.

Along with her work at IOP, Mikayla is passionate about developing and implementing programs to support marginalized communities and individuals in need of support services.
